Cancellation Policy
Safari Window follows clear cancellation rules to ensure transparency and fairness for our customers. Cancellations of safari bookings are governed by the policies of the Forest Department and the specific rules set by our service.
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled safari date, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the safari date, 50% of the amount will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the safari date will not be eligible for a refund. In case of a no-show or late arrival, no refund will be provided. Once safari tickets are issued, they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Hotel booking cancellations depend on the individual hotel’s policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review the cancellation rules before confirming their hotel stay.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after the cancellation request is approved. Refunds may be subject to deduction of bank charges or transaction fees, depending on the payment method used.
No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated park closures, natural disasters such as floods, heavy rains, earthquakes, or any other events beyond the control of Safari Window. Similarly, cancellations due to changes in government regulations, safety advisories, or wildlife-related emergencies will not be eligible for a refund.
Visitors are encouraged to book travel and hotel arrangements with flexible options or travel insurance to protect against potential losses due to cancellations.
By making a booking with Safari Window , you agree to comply with these cancellation policies and acknowledge that all bookings are subject to the rules described above.
