All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Forest Department of Rajasthan. Safari zones and vehicles (Gypsy or Canter) are allocated based on government regulations, and we cannot guarantee a specific zone or vehicle. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and your booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment. Prices listed are per person and may vary for Indian and foreign nationals. Any revision in government taxes, entry fees, or forest fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Visitors must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of the safari. Strict adherence to forest rules is mandatory, including maintaining silence, refraining from littering, and avoiding any interaction with wildlife, such as feeding animals. The Forest Department reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify safari schedules due to weather, security, or administrative reasons. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as animal movements are natural and unpredictable. Safari Window cannot be held liable for missed sightings, delays, or changes caused by government policies, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Hotel bookings arranged through our services are subject to the individual policies of the hotels. Guests must comply with check-in and check-out times, hotel rules, and conduct themselves respectfully within the property. Safari Window is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during hotel stays.

Our website is provided for informational and booking purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content, descriptions, images, or prices are completely error-free. Visitors are responsible for verifying details before making a booking. Use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
